At HBADA Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original shipping box with all components, manuals, and protective materials included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
